We do share limited app activity with Meta (Facebook) and TikTok through their SDKs so we can measure which campaigns bring people who actually use the app — and reach more people who need a quiet reset like you. That includes things like sign-up, onboarding completion, paywall views, and subscription events. It never includes your journal entries, voice memos, or mood notes. You control cross-app tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you deny tracking, Monk Space still works fully. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of providers.
