Pre-orders and launch
Monk Space pre-orders open July 1, 2026. If you pre-order through the App Store, billing follows Apple's standard pre-order terms.
Subscriptions and refunds
All billing runs through Apple. For refunds, contact Apple Support or review your purchase history in Settings.
Account and privacy
Delete your account from in-app Settings, or email us to request export or deletion of your data.
Technical issues
Include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. We respond within two business days.
